Order Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and transit times vary between 1 to 5 working days.

Please note: Delays may occur due to high demand.

We can add products to your order after it has been placed, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Once goods are shipped to the agreed address, any additional freight costs (such as redirection or re-delivery) are charged to the customer, unless the change is due to a seller’s error.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 343 863.

SDS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend checking with neighbours, your local post office, or the courier.

Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation details, including the delivery date, tracking information, shipping carrier details, and POD to assist with your investigation.

Change of Delivery Address After Dispatch

If you request a change to the delivery address after your order has been dispatched, any additional courier fees for redirection or re-delivery will be charged to you and must be paid before the change can be processed.

Shipping Timeframes & Delays

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (e.g. sales campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, and we follow any Victorian public holidays.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped with an ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL).

ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can select to have a signature required on delivery.

What is Deemed a Safe Place?

‘Safe places’ are considered a secure location at your delivery address where your order is hidden from plain view.

A safe place can differ between properties dependent on courier accessibility. Generally, orders left without a signature may be placed:

  • Behind bins

  • In power boxes

  • At your back door or porch area

  • Near letterboxes
