HOW AFTERPAY WORKS

Shop now and pay over time with Afterpay.

Afterpay allows you to split your Smart Diet Solutions purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks.

HOW TO PAY WITH AFTERPAY

  1. Add your favourite Smart Bars and products to your cart.
  2. Select One-Time Purchase when choosing your purchase option.
  3. Proceed to checkout and select Afterpay as your payment method.
  4. Log in to your existing Afterpay account or follow the prompts to create an account.
  5. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped as normal.

Your first payment—approximately 25% of the total purchase price—is generally taken at checkout. The remaining three payments are automatically deducted from your nominated payment method approximately every two weeks.

IMPORTANT: SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Afterpay is currently available for one-time purchases only at Smart Diet Solutions.

Afterpay cannot currently be selected when placing a new subscription order or paying for recurring subscription deliveries through our website.

If you would like to use Afterpay, please select the One-Time Purchase option before adding the product to your cart.

To receive our ongoing Subscribe & Save discount and automatic recurring deliveries, you will need to choose another available payment method at checkout.

AFTERPAY ELIGIBILITY

All Afterpay purchases are subject to Afterpay’s individual approval process, eligibility requirements and available spending limits.

Approval is assessed by Afterpay for every order and is not guaranteed. Smart Diet Solutions cannot approve or decline an Afterpay transaction or change a customer’s available Afterpay spending limit.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Smart Diet Solutions returns and refund policy.

Once an eligible refund has been processed by us, Afterpay will adjust or cancel your remaining payments where applicable. Any amounts already paid will be handled by Afterpay in accordance with its terms and processing timeframes.
