Simply add one part or less of any type of milk (soy, almond, lactose free, etc.) to two parts Straight Up Cold Brew Coffee.

Sweeten to taste.


Rise and Shine Coffee Smoothie

Start your morning off right!  Packed with bananas and coconut milk, this delicious smoothie is vegan, dairy-free, and naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients:

2 Bananas

100ml of Straight Up Cold Brew Coffee  (or Sweet Black if you prefer it a little sweeter)

60ml organic unsweetened coconut milk

2-3 Tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)

Handful of Ice

Direction:

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.

Garnish with flaked coconut


Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake

Give your next protein hit a little boost!  This recipe makes 2 serves, so you can share it with a friend or freeze the second serve for later.

Ingredients:

2 cups Ice

200ml of Straight Up Cold Brew Coffee

1/ 2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/ 2 cup milk

1/ 4 cup Greek yogurt

Direction:

Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30-40 seconds or until all ingredients are blended.

If a thicker consistency is desired, add more ice.

Espresso Martini

This all time classic is taken to the next level with the addition of our Cold Brew Coffee… Cheers!

Ingredients:

50ml good quality vodka

25ml coffee liqueur

50ml Straight Up Cold Brew Coffee

A lot of ice

Coffee beans to garnish

Method:

Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.

Add all other ingredients (except the beans) to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

Empty martini glass of ice and strain shaker contents into glass.  Place beans on froth to garnish before serving.


Mexican Coffee

Originating in Cabo San Lucas this decadent treat is yummy served hot or cold.

Ingredients:

100ml good quality blanco tequila

100ml hazlenut liqueur

200ml Sweet Black Cold Brew Coffee

Scoop of ice

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

2 glace cherries to garnish

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to frost glasses

2 teaspoons coconut sugar to frost glasses

Directions:

Frost rims of 2 cups with coconut sugar and cinnamon.

Add tequila, hazlenut liqueur and Cold Brew Coffee to a mixing glass with a scoop of ice and stir thoroughly.

Add a scoop of ice cream to each glass before gently pouring the contents of the mixing glass.  Garnish with a cherry before serving.

Note:

To enjoy warm, gently heat the Cold Brew Coffee to desired temperature and stir cocktail without ice.


Black Russian

The older brother of the White Russian, this mix of deep, rich, coffee color and an unmistakable vodka hit.

Ingredients:

50ml good quality vodka

20ml coffee liqueur

50ml Straight Up Cold Brew Coffee

Scoop of ice to serve

Directions:

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.

Gently pour vodka, coffee liqueur and Cold Brew Coffee over ice.

Serve immediately.
